Pilates is also known to help prevent injury, and is an excellent choice post-rehab, pre-natal and post-natal.
Private, Duet & Trio Sessions with the Pilates Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Mat, Ballet Barre and small props are available in my home studio in Donnelly. I am also available for virtual sessions via zoom.
